• Website forms & chat: when you submit an enquiry, book a consultation or use our website chat, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, suburb/postcode and the information you provide about your enquiry.
• Facebook/Meta and other lead forms: if you respond to our ads or lead forms, we receive the details you submit through those platforms.
• Service delivery: to design and install a system we may collect property details, electricity usage information (including bills or smart-meter data you provide), and photos of the site.
• Calls and messages: we may keep records of calls, SMS and email correspondence for quality, training and record-keeping. Where calls are recorded, we comply with applicable recording laws.
